  • 600 g floury potatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 60 g butter
  • salt

  • Wash, peel potatoes.
  • Raw them into strips that are not too thin or too thick.
  • Place in a salad bowl.
  • Melt 30 g of butter in a wide, low-sided skillet.

  • Toss in the shredded egg.
  • Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Turn over with a plate.
  • Melt the remaining butter.
  • Bake the other side of the patty for 10 minutes.
  • Wait until it is nice and crisp.
  • Share like a cake.

Serve hot.
